We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wan to exchange an article, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your Issue is genuine and acceptable, then firstly, you have to send the parcel back to us after that we’ll make an exchange, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Item must be sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
